We’ve heard it a million times before.  Drink 8-8oz. glasses of water each day to stay hydrated.  Can you honestly say you drink 64 ounces of water daily?  If so, GOOD JOB!!  Keep it up!  If not, consider giving it a try…

Our bodies need water to survive.  If we are deprived of this necessity, our muscles, joints, organs, and even our brains wont work to their fullest potential.  As athletes, getting enough water is an essential part of our development—and along with the added physical exertion, we need even MORE that 64 ounces of water each day.
